The official requirements list Windows 11 64-bit, DirectX 12, broadband internet, and 52 GB of storage for both tiers. Requirements describe compatibility targets, not a guaranteed frame rate in every battle.

Troubleshoot in a useful order
Change one variable at a time. If resolution, upscaling, shadows, and drivers all change together, you will not know which change helped or introduced a new problem.
- Install the latest game update and read the newest official patch notes.
- Update the GPU driver, then restart the computer before testing.
- Use the same map area or repeatable scene for every comparison.
- Reduce the heaviest visual setting one step, retest, and keep notes.
- If crashes continue, use the official Team17 support path rather than copying old launch tweaks.
Launch stability context
Hotfix 1 reported further AMD GPU stability improvements. That means an old benchmark or workaround may no longer describe the current build, especially during the launch patch cycle.
This page does not claim a fixed FPS gain for any setting. A useful recommendation needs a dated build, hardware details, resolution, and a repeatable benchmark scene.
